Scope of Work:
- Review installation details and confirm location with the customer before starting work.
- Remove all packaging and inspect the new unit for any visible damage or missing parts.
- Disconnect and remove the existing toilet.
- Install the new toilet in the same location.
- Supply and install a new water supply line.
- Most toilets include a wax ring and bolts; if not provided, the installer will supply and install these parts.
- Test the toilet to confirm proper installation and operation.
- ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR: Disposal of old unit and packaging, pick-up or delivery, structural modifications, plumbing updates, clearing clogged drains, flange repairs, shut-off valve replacement, cabinetry removal, or permit fees (if applicable).
- Note: Bidet toilet installations may incur additional charges if extra work is required beyond the standard installation scope.
