Scope of work:
- Review installation with customers at the start of work.
- Move shed from delivery location on the customer’s property to installation location & remove packaging and inspect unit.
- Construction of the shed to “High Wind Application” manufacturer specifications.
- MUST include base assembly which must be specific to 1/8 of an inch total of the shed dimension.
- Existing base or concrete pads must be within 1/8″ dimensions and level within 1/2” end to end or installation can not occur.
- Anchor the shed to the customer’s level deck, concrete, interlocking, or patio stones.Test to ensure proper operations.
- Final clean-up of the job site.
- Review installation with customers upon completion.
- All packing broken down and placed in the desired location on the customer’s property.
Notes for Shed Install Customers:
IMPORTANT: Cracking or splitting of stones, concrete or wood may occur during installation. Additional charges may apply to fix these. Existing platform must be level side to side, and end to end.
IMPORTANT: Shingles, drip edge and drip caps are to be supplied by the customer or store. Woodshed installation includes labour to install these items only. It does not include the material itself.
IMPORTANT: After shed installation is complete it is the customer’s responsibility to caulk and paint the shed. Failing to do so timely may lead to water/moisture damage to shed’s construction materials.
