Scope of Work:
- Review installation details and confirm placement with the customer before beginning work.
- Move the product from the delivery location on the customer’s property to the designated installation area.
- Remove all packaging and inspect the product for visible damage or missing parts.
- Anchor the product to the customer’s level deck, concrete, interlocking surface, or patio stones using installer-supplied fasteners.
- Test the installation to confirm proper operation and stability.
- Review the completed installation with the customer to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform final clean-up of the jobsite and place all packaging in the location specified by the customer.
- Important: Cracking or splitting of stones, concrete, or wood surfaces may occur during installation. Additional charges may apply for repairs. Structures over 100 sq. ft. or as required by local regulations may be subject to building permit requirements. The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits.
