Scope of Work:
- Unpack the product and inspect all parts prior to assembly.
- Assemble the gazebo in the customer’s desired location.
- Level the gazebo within 1 inch from end to end for proper stability.
- Secure the gazebo to the base or base structure using appropriate fasteners.
- Organize all packaging and materials for customer disposal.
- Provide a full installation overview and product tour for the customer upon completion.
- Site Requirements: The gazebo must be assembled on a flat, firm, permanent surface (including ground installation). It must not be placed closer than 36 inches from any fence or property line. The customer is responsible for clearing debris, overhanging branches, or obstructions prior to installation.
- Important Notes: Roof overhangs may extend beyond listed measurements and could interfere with nearby structures if space is limited. If installed on a raised surface, a minimum of 12 inches of clearance is required on all sides to allow ladder access to the roof peak.
- Customer Responsibility: Any required building permits or regional code compliance must be arranged by the customer.
