Scope of Work:
- Review installation details and confirm the work area with the customer before starting.
- Unpack the new appliance and inspect for any visible damage or missing parts.
- Disconnect and cap the existing gas appliance at the shut-off valve.
- Connect gas service to the new appliance and confirm that adequate ventilation is present.
- Includes supply and installation of a gas flex line.
- Install the anti-tip bracket, if provided with the appliance.
- Turn on the gas service and test all connections for leaks.
- Test the appliance to confirm proper operation before completion.
- DOES NOT INCLUDE: Pick-up or disposal of old units and packaging, shut-off valve replacement, gas conversions, structural or cabinetry modifications, electrical upgrades, or permit-related work.
- NOTE: Replacement of circuit breakers must be performed by a licensed electrician.
