• To confirm the assembly order within 24 hours;
• To confirm the assembly appointment time the day before; and
• To advise the customer of the appointment and the general expected arrival time on the day of the scheduled appointment.
• Moving the product to one location anywhere within the home.
• Unpacking the product from the cardboard box or packaging.
• Assembling the product in one location in accordance with all assembly/installation regulations.
• Preparing the cardboard box and other packaging for disposal.
