• Setup and programming of a customer‑supplied universal learning remote to control a single TV and connected devices
• Configuration of compatible devices, which may include:
  • Cable or satellite receivers
  • Streaming devices
  • Blu‑ray/DVD players
  • Gaming consoles
  • Audio systems
• Testing of all programmed functions to confirm proper control and responsiveness across devices
• Basic user tutorial (up to 30 minutes), including:
  • Power on/off
  • Input selection
  • Device switching
  • General navigation and usage tips
• Final cleanup of the immediate work area

What’s Not Included

• Supply of the universal remote or additional accessories
• Programming of multiple TVs or multi‑room systems
• Advanced home theater configuration or automation setup
• Network setup or smart home integration
• Troubleshooting or repair of incompatible or non‑functional devices
• Pick‑up or delivery of equipment
• Disposal of packaging or existing remotes/devices
