Have our professional installers safely and securely mount your TV and provide a clean, finished look with on‑wall wire concealment. This service includes standard wall mounting and up to 3 ft of surface‑mounted conduit to organize and hide visible cables, ensuring a polished and functional setup.

Selecting the incorrect variant may result in additional charges, delays, or rescheduling to ensure proper installation and safe handling.

What’s Included

Review of installation details and placement with the customer before work begins
Unboxing and inspection of the TV for visible damage
Powering on the TV to perform a basic screen and functionality test prior to installation (photo documentation captured where applicable)
Evaluation of wall structure to determine a suitable mounting location
Installation of the customer‑supplied wall mount bracket on standard drywall over wood‑stud construction
Mounting the TV securely to the wall bracket according to manufacturer specifications
Supply and installation of up to 3 ft of white surface‑mounted conduit to conceal visible TV wiring
Basic connection of up to three external devices (e.g., cable box, streaming device, gaming console)
Basic orientation with the customer, including a brief walkthrough of TV controls (power, input selection, menu access)
Ensuring the TV is level, aligned, and properly positioned
Final cleanup of the immediate work area, including breaking down packaging materials and placing them aside for customer disposal

What’s Not Included

Supply of the wall mount bracket
Pick‑up or delivery of the TV or equipment
Disposal of packaging materials or old equipment
Mounting on non‑standard surfaces (e.g., brick, stone, concrete, or metal studs) unless separately quoted
Fireplace mounting or installations above fireplaces
In‑wall (hidden) wire concealment or cable routing behind walls
Electrical work, including installation or relocation of outlets
Cable fishing, advanced cable routing, or concealment beyond surface conduit
Additional conduit length beyond 3 ft
Use or supply of cables or accessories not provided by the customer

Important Disclaimer

This service includes standard wall mount installation with surface‑mounted wire concealment only, as explicitly described above. Installation is intended for drywall over wood‑stud construction unless otherwise agreed. The wall mount bracket and all necessary cables must be supplied by the customer and be compatible with the TV being installed. Installation feasibility is dependent on wall conditions, structural support, and equipment compatibility. Additional labour or materials may be required for non‑standard installations or site conditions and may result in additional charges or a separate service. The installation area must be accessible and clear prior to service. We reserve the right to decline or stop service if safety, accessibility, or installation requirements are not met.
