TV & Device Basic Set Up Service

What’s Included

• Review of setup details and system components with the customer before work begins
• Connection of up to three external devices to the TV (e.g., streaming devices, cable/satellite boxes, Blu‑ray/DVD players, or gaming consoles)
• Setup and programming of a non‑learning universal remote for basic control, where applicable
• Basic system walkthrough (up to 30 minutes), including:
  • Powering devices on and off
  • Switching inputs
  • Navigating standard menus and controls
• Verification that all connected devices are functioning correctly
• Final cleanup of the immediate work area

What’s Not Included

• Disposal of packaging or old equipment
• Pick‑up or delivery of any devices
• Advanced home theater configuration, calibration, or audio tuning
• Wire concealment (in‑wall or on‑wall) or cable management
• Mounting or installation of hardware (e.g., TVs, speakers, brackets, shelves)
• Supply of additional cables, remotes, or accessories not provided by the customer

Any additional configuration, wiring, or setup beyond the listed scope may require additional charges or a separate service. Installation is subject to site conditions, device compatibility, and safety considerations. We reserve the right to decline or stop service if conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or unsuitable for setup.
