What’s Included

• Review of setup details and system requirements with the customer before work begins
• Connection of up to two network‑capable devices to the existing home network (e.g., smart TVs, streaming devices, gaming consoles, or audio systems)
• Configuration of network settings to ensure stable connectivity and proper device integration
• Setup of basic security settings, where applicable
• Verification that each device is successfully connected and functioning on the network
• Basic demonstration of functionality, including connecting to services or confirming network access
• Final cleanup of the immediate work area

What’s Not Included

• Setup or configuration of internet service providers or modems
• Installation or relocation of routers, extenders, or network hardware
• Advanced network configuration, optimization, or troubleshooting
• Whole‑home or mesh network setup
• Device account creation or advanced app configuration
• Supply of networking equipment, cables, or accessories
• Pick‑up or delivery of devices
• Disposal of packaging or existing equipment

Important Disclaimer

This service includes basic network configuration for up to two compatible devices using an existing, functioning home network. The customer must have an active internet connection and a working router in place prior to service. Network performance is dependent on the existing infrastructure and service provider. Advanced configuration, troubleshooting, or additional device setup may require additional charges or a separate service. We reserve the right to decline or stop service if the network environment is unstable, inaccessible, or not suitable for proper setup.
