Patio - Bench Assembly

What’s Included

• Review of assembly details and designated setup location with the customer before work begins
• Movement of the patio bench components on the property from the delivery location to the assembly area, where items can be safely carried without specialized equipment
• Unboxing and inspection of the patio bench for visible damage or missing components
• Assembly of the bench in accordance with manufacturer instructions, ensuring all components are securely installed
• Testing to confirm stability and proper function
• Final cleanup of the immediate work area, including breaking down packaging materials and placing them aside for customer disposal

What’s Not Included

• Pick‑up or delivery of the product
• Disposal of packaging materials or existing bench
• Moving products to difficult or hazardous access locations, including:
  • Steep hills or inclines
  • Multiple or narrow stairways
  • Long pathways
  • Tight or obstructed spaces
• Structural modifications, repairs, or alterations to the installation area

This service includes assembly only, as explicitly described above. The product must be located on site prior to installation, and the assembly area must be accessible, level, and clear of obstructions. Any additional labour, relocation, or work resulting from difficult access conditions or product issues may require additional charges or a separate service. Installation may be declined if conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or not suitable for proper assembly.
