What’s Included
- Review of installation details and site conditions with the customer before work begins
- Unboxing and inspection of the new unit for visible damage
- Disconnecting and removing the existing laundry tub, cabinet, faucet, and related plumbing
- Assembly and installation of the new laundry cabinet, including leveling and secure placement
- Installation of the new sink and faucet, including connection to existing water supply and drain lines
- Turning on water supply, checking all connections for leaks, and verifying proper flow and operation
- Final walkthrough with the customer to confirm proper installation and functionality
- Final cleanup of the immediate work area, including placing packaging materials aside for customer disposal
What’s Not Included
- Disposal of old fixtures or packaging
- Pick‑up or delivery of the new unit
- Structural modifications or wall repairs
- Plumbing modifications, including:
- Relocating water lines or drains
- Clearing clogged drains
- Flange or drain repairs
- Drilling or modifying sink or countertop openings
- Supply or installation of new shut‑off valves (available as an add‑on)
Important Disclaimer
This service applies to replacement installation only using the existing laundry tub location and plumbing connections. Removal of existing units may result in wall or surface damage, and repairs are not included. If the existing plumbing or installation conditions are not suitable, the service may not be completed.
This service includes only the work explicitly described above. Any additional plumbing work, structural repairs, or modifications may require additional charges or a separate service.
All work is performed in accordance with applicable safety standards. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, provincial, and federal codes, by‑laws, regulations, and any associated permits or fees.
We reserve the right to decline or stop service if conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or non‑compliant.
