What’s Included

• Review of installation details and site conditions with the customer before work begins
• Unboxing and inspection of the new laundry tub for visible damage
• Disconnecting and removing the existing laundry tub and faucet
• Installation of the new laundry tub in the same location in accordance with manufacturer specifications and applicable plumbing standards
• Installation of the faucet (customer‑supplied or included with the unit)
• Connection to existing water supply and drain lines
• Turning on water supply, checking all connections for leaks, and verifying proper operation
• Final walkthrough with the customer to confirm proper installation and functionality
• Final cleanup of the immediate work area, including placing packaging materials aside for customer disposal

What’s Not Included

• Disposal of old fixtures or packaging
• Pick‑up or delivery of the new laundry tub
• Supply or installation of new shut‑off valves (available as an add‑on)
• Plumbing modifications, including:
  • Relocating or adjusting plumbing lines
  • Adjusting drain placement
  • Clearing clogged drains
  • Flange or drain repairs
• Drilling or modifying sink components for faucet installation
• Structural or drywall repairs

Important Disclaimer

This service applies to replacement installation only where the new laundry tub matches the existing size and configuration and connects to existing plumbing. If the plumbing connections or installation conditions are not suitable, the service may not be completed.

This service includes only the work explicitly described above. Any additional plumbing work, repairs, or modifications may require additional charges or a separate service.

All work is performed in accordance with applicable safety standards. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, provincial, and federal codes, by‑laws, regulations, and any associated permits or fees.

We reserve the right to decline or stop service if conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or non‑compliant.
