What’s Included
- Review of installation details and site conditions with the customer before work begins
- Unboxing and inspection of the new sink and faucet for visible damage
- Disconnecting and removing the existing sink and faucet
- Installation of the new top‑mount sink in the same location in accordance with manufacturer specifications and applicable plumbing standards
- Installation of the new faucet (if supplied)
- Connection to existing water supply and drain system
- Turning on water supply, checking all connections for leaks, and verifying proper operation
- Testing faucet and drain performance to confirm proper functionality
- Application of caulking around the sink perimeter for a clean, sealed finish
- Final walkthrough with the customer to confirm proper installation and operation
- Final cleanup of the immediate work area, including placing packaging materials aside for customer disposal
What’s Not Included
- Disposal of old fixtures or packaging
- Pick‑up or delivery of the sink or faucet
- Supply or installation of new shut‑off valves (available as an add‑on)
- Plumbing modifications, including:
- Relocating or altering plumbing lines
- Clearing clogged drains
- Flange or drain repairs
- Structural or countertop modifications (cutting, trimming, reinforcing, etc.)
- Installation where the new sink does not match the existing size or configuration
Important Disclaimer
This service applies to replacement installation only where the new sink matches the existing cut‑out, size, and configuration. If the sink opening, plumbing connections, or installation conditions are not suitable, the service may not be completed.
This service includes only the work explicitly described above. Any additional plumbing work, structural modifications, or adjustments may require additional charges or a separate service.
All work is performed in accordance with applicable safety standards. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, provincial, and federal codes, by‑laws, regulations, and any associated permits or fees.
We reserve the right to decline or stop service if conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or non‑compliant.
