What’s Included

• Review of installation details and system components with the customer before work begins
• Connection of the home theater receiver to the existing TV and devices using customer‑supplied cables
• Placement of speakers in designated locations based on the customer’s setup preferences and room layout
• Connection of speakers to the receiver using exposed wiring only
• Setup of a non‑learning universal remote for basic control of primary devices, where applicable
• Basic system walkthrough (up to 30 minutes), including:
  • Powering devices on and off
  • Switching inputs
  • Navigating receiver settings and basic audio controls
• Verification that the system is functioning and producing audio
• Final cleanup of the immediate work area

What’s Not Included

• Disposal of packaging or existing equipment
• Pick‑up or delivery of devices
• In‑wall or concealed wire routing, cable management, or wire hiding
• Advanced home theater calibration, tuning, or system optimization
• Mounting or installation of hardware (e.g., TVs, speakers, shelves, brackets)
• Supply of cables, mounts, or accessories not provided by the customer
• Networking setup or smart device configuration beyond basic operation

Important Disclaimer

This service includes basic setup and connection only, as explicitly described above, and uses exposed wiring for all speaker connections. All required components, including cables and compatible devices, must be provided by the customer prior to installation. Advanced configuration, calibration, concealed wiring, or custom installations are not included and may require additional services. The installation area must be accessible and suitable for setup. We reserve the right to decline or stop service if conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or not suitable for proper installation.
