What’s Included

• Review of installation details and site conditions with the customer before work begins
• Unboxing and inspection of the new faucet for visible damage
• Removal of the existing faucet
• Installation of the new faucet in the same location following manufacturer specifications
• Connection to existing water supply lines
• Turning on water supply and checking all connections for leaks
• Testing faucet operation, including water flow and temperature control
• Final walkthrough with the customer to confirm proper installation and operation
• Final cleanup of the immediate work area, including placing packaging materials aside for customer disposal

What’s Not Included

• Disposal of old fixtures or packaging
• Pick‑up or delivery of the faucet
• Drilling or modifying sink or countertop openings
• Supply or installation of new shut‑off valves (available as an add‑on)
• Plumbing modifications, including pipe reconfiguration, drain work, or repairs
• Permit fees where applicable
• Repairs required due to pre‑existing plumbing issues
• Structural modifications to cabinetry, sinks, or countertops

This service applies to replacement installation only using the existing faucet location and plumbing connections. If the existing plumbing, mounting configuration, or access conditions are not suitable, the service may not be completed.

This service includes only the work explicitly described above. Any additional plumbing work, repairs, or modifications may require additional charges or a separate service.

All work is performed in accordance with applicable safety standards. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, provincial, and federal codes, by‑laws, regulations, and any associated permits or fees.

We reserve the right to decline or stop service if conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or non‑compliant.
