Have our professional installers safely and efficiently install your chandelier or hanging light fixture according to manufacturer specifications. This service is designed for larger or more complex fixtures that require additional assembly and careful handling to ensure proper alignment, stability, and operation.
Installation is limited to fixtures located under 10 ft from the floor
What’s Included
- Review of installation details and placement with the customer before work begins
- Unboxing and inspection of the chandelier or hanging fixture for visible damage or missing components
- Removal of the existing fixture and placement in a designated area for customer disposal
- Assembly of the chandelier or hanging fixture as required by manufacturer specifications
- Installation and secure mounting to the existing electrical box
- Connection to the existing electrical wiring, provided:
- Power is present
- Controls are functional
- The electrical box is properly rated and capable of supporting the fixture weight
- Adjustment and alignment of the fixture for proper positioning and appearance
- Testing of the fixture to confirm proper operation
- Final walkthrough with the customer to confirm proper installation and operation
- Final cleanup of the immediate work area, including breaking down packaging materials and placing them aside for customer disposal
What’s Not Included
- Running new electrical wiring or modifying existing wiring
- Installing, replacing, or reinforcing an electrical box
- Installation where no existing fixture or wiring is present
- Installation of additional accessories (e.g., dimmers, switches, remotes, or smart integrations)
- Extensive decorative assembly beyond standard manufacturer requirements
- Structural reinforcement or ceiling modifications
- Disposal of existing fixtures or packaging
- Pick‑up or delivery of fixtures
Important Disclaimer
This service is intended for chandelier or hanging fixture installations and assumes a properly supported, code‑compliant electrical box is in place and suitable for the weight of the fixture. Installation is limited to fixtures located under 10 ft from the floor. Additional structural support, electrical work, or complex assembly may require additional charges or a separate service. We reserve the right to decline or stop service if conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or not suitable for proper installation.
