Ceiling Fan Replacement Installation

What’s Included

• Review of installation details and placement with the customer before work begins
• Unboxing and inspection of the new ceiling fan for visible damage or missing components
• Removal of the existing fixture or fan and placement in a designated area for customer disposal
• Assembly of the ceiling fan as required by manufacturer specifications
• Installation and secure mounting of the fan to the existing electrical box
• Connection to the existing electrical wiring, provided:
  • Power is present
  • Controls (switch or remote wiring) are functional
  • The electrical box is properly rated and reinforced to support the fan
• Installation of standard fan components (blades, light kit if included)
• Testing of fan operation, including speeds and light functionality (if applicable)
• Final walkthrough with the customer to confirm proper installation and operation
• Final cleanup of the immediate work area, including breaking down packaging materials and placing them aside for customer disposal

What’s Not Included

• Running new electrical wiring or installing new circuits
• Installing, replacing, or reinforcing an electrical box
• Installation where no existing fixture or wiring is present
• Installation of additional accessories (e.g., remotes, smart controls, upgraded switches)
• Structural modifications or ceiling reinforcement
• Disposal of existing fixtures or packaging
• Pick‑up or delivery of the ceiling fan

Important Disclaimer

This service includes replacement installation only using existing wiring and electrical infrastructure, as explicitly described above. Installation is limited to fixtures located under 10 ft from the floor and requires a properly supported and code‑compliant ceiling fan‑rated electrical box. If the existing electrical box is not suitable for supporting a ceiling fan, additional work will be required and may be subject to additional charges or a separate service. All work is subject to site conditions, safety requirements, and applicable electrical codes. We reserve the right to decline or stop service if conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or non‑compliant.

Optional Add‑On Services

Where applicable, additional pre-priced add on services, such as pick-up and delivery from a local store, disposal services or additional ceiling fan installations for the same location, may be presented at checkout.
