Pricing and labour requirements vary based on vanity size and configuration. Customers must select the correct option at checkout:
- Single Vanity Installation
- Double Vanity Installation
Selecting the incorrect variant may result in additional charges, delays, or rescheduling to ensure proper installation and scope alignment.
What’s Included
- Review of installation details and site conditions with the customer before work begins
- Verification that the new vanity has been uncrated and placed in the installation room prior to the installer’s arrival
- Unboxing and inspection of the vanity, sink(s), and faucet(s) for visible damage
- Disconnecting and removing the existing vanity, sink(s), faucet(s), and related plumbing
- Assembly of the new vanity where required
- Leveling, securing, and installing the new vanity in the same location in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Installation of top‑mount sink(s) and faucet(s), including connection to existing plumbing and supply lines
- For double vanities, installation includes connection of both sinks and fixtures where applicable
- Turning on water supply, checking all connections for leaks, and verifying proper operation
- Final walkthrough with the customer to confirm proper installation and functionality
- Final cleanup of the immediate work area, including placing packaging materials aside for customer disposal
What’s Not Included
- Disposal of old vanity or packaging materials
- Pick‑up or delivery of the vanity
- Structural modifications or changes to plumbing configuration
- Cleaning of clogged drains
- Drywall, wall, or paint repairs
- Permit fees where applicable
- Drilling holes in sinks for faucet installation
- Supply or installation of new shut‑off valves (available as an add‑on)
Important Disclaimer
This service applies to replacement installation only using the existing vanity location and plumbing configuration. Removal of an existing vanity may result in wall or surface damage, and repairs are not included. If the existing plumbing, wall condition, or installation space is not suitable, the service may not be completed.
This service includes only the work explicitly described above. Any additional plumbing work, modifications, or repairs may require additional charges or a separate service.
All work is performed in accordance with applicable safety standards. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, provincial, and federal codes, by‑laws, regulations, and any associated permits or fees.
We reserve the right to decline or stop service if conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, incompatible, or non‑compliant.
